Join our “3 Days Rest” Foundations of Mindfulness program designed to rejuvenate your body and mind through immersion in nature. Experience the serenity of either the beach or the forest, where we’ll lead you through guided meditations and practices to deeply connect with your surroundings. Our Āyurvedic treatments and tailored diet plans are already in place to enhance your experience. In early morning you can select yoga sessions or simply unwinding amidst the beauty of nature. This program is crafted to promote relaxation and mindfulness, ensuring your journey to happiness begins here.
