01st – 03rd Days – Relaxation through Experiencing Nature

Join our 14 Days – Relaxation program designed to rejuvenate your body and mind through immersion in nature. Experience the serenity of either the beach or the forest, where we’ll lead you through guided meditations and practices to deeply connect with your surroundings. Our Āyurvedic treatments and tailored diet plans are already in place to enhance your experience. In early morning you can select yoga sessions or simply unwinding amidst the beauty of nature. This program is crafted to promote relaxation and mindfulness, ensuring your journey to happiness begins here.

04th – 10th Days – Deep Relaxation through Body Scan Meditation & Loving Kindness  (Mettā, Karuṇā, Iriyāpatha & Sampajañña)

In addition to the three-day schedule mentioned earlier, we also offer a comprehensive seven-day program focused on relaxation through nature immersion and body scan meditation, accompanied by loving kindness practices. In this extended program, we guide you through additional methods such as loving kindness, contemplation on postures, and mindfulness in daily activities. Our aim is to guide deepen your relaxation through experiencing your all activities.

11th – 14th Days – Deepest Relaxation through Concentration (Mettā, Karuṇā, Iriyāpatha, Sampajañña & Selected Kammaṭṭhānā)

In addition to the schedules mentioned earlier, we have a carefully curated program dedicated to enhancing your concentration and achieving profound relaxation of both body and mind. Concentration, or one-pointedness of mind, is the focus here, allowing you to experience deep relaxation at its fullest. For those interested in exploring absorptions (Dhyāna), we provide expert guidance to achieve this state. These practices are designed to refresh and renew your life, offering a pathway to profound rejuvenation and inner peace.
