The Yoga tradition originates in India, a practice known for enhancing wellness and promoting relaxation. At our retreat, you have the opportunity to experience yoga amidst the tranquil settings of the beach. We allocate 20% of our program to yoga exercises, which are designed to relax both body and mind.

If you prefer not to participate in yoga sessions, you can immerse yourself in the peaceful environments of the beach or forest, or engage in meditation on your own. We’re here to support you whenever you need assistance.

For those interested in deepening their yoga practice, we offer personalized guidance and allocate extra time for instruction. Our yoga sessions also incorporate sound healing, enhancing your overall experience.

Major yoga exercises include:

  1. Hatha Yoga: Focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques to align and calm the body.
  2. Vinyāsa Yoga: Involves flowing sequences that synchronize movement with breath, promoting flexibility and strength.
  3. Yin Yoga: Targets deep connective tissues through passive, long-held poses, fostering relaxation and flexibility.
  4. Meditation: Cultivates mindfulness and inner peace through various techniques like breath awareness or guided visualization.

Join us to rejuvenate your body and mind through our comprehensive yoga and wellness program, tailored to support your relaxation and holistic well-being.
